Sports have always been a part of my life, but what keeps me in this industry isn't the final score - it's the people.

As collegiate athletics continues to evolve, I'm excited to be part of an industry that is redefining how student-athletes are supported. Through my work in NIL and revenue sharing, I've seen firsthand how thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and innovative thinking can create meaningful opportunities for student-athletes while helping institutions adapt to a changing landscape.

Looking ahead, I hope to continue building a career where I can make a lasting impact on college athletics. Whether that's through NIL strategy, athlete development, operations, or leadership, I'm motivated by work that brings people together, solves complex challenges, and improves the student-athlete experience.

I'm especially drawn to roles that sit at the intersection of strategy, communications, and operations. I enjoy building systems, developing partnerships, and creating programs that make a difference - not only for student-athletes, but for coaches, colleagues, and the communities they represent.

While my career is still in its early chapters, one thing has remained consistent: I want to contribute to organizations that value collaboration, integrity, innovation, and service. I believe the best leaders are lifelong learners, and I hope every role I take continues to challenge me, broaden my perspective, and allow me to give back to the industry that has given me so much.
