Hi, I'm Abigail!

I'm the Name, Image, and Likeness Coordinator at San Diego State University Athletics, where I lead revenue-sharing and third-party NIL operations while supporting more than 500 Division I student-athletes across 18 sports. My work focuses on creating opportunities for student-athletes by developing efficient processes, ensuring NCAA compliance, building strategic partnerships, and navigating the ever-evolving landscape of collegiate athletics.

Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, I've always believed sports are about more than competition—they're about bringing people together. That belief sparked my interest in athletics and ultimately led me to earn both my Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Master of Arts in Mass Communication from the University of Florida.

During my time at Florida, I gained experience across communications, advising, fundraising, operations, and NIL strategy through roles with Florida Gators Athletics, the College of Journalism and Communications, and several organizations throughout collegiate sports. Those experiences shaped my passion for finding creative solutions, building meaningful relationships, and supporting student-athletes both on and off the field.

Service has also been a defining part of my journey. I spent seven years involved with Children's Miracle Network Dance Marathon, including serving as my high school's Executive Director, where I helped raise more than $114,000 while increasing participation by 300%. That experience taught me the importance of servant leadership, collaboration, and building something bigger than yourself—values I carry into my work every day.

When I'm away from the office, you'll usually find me at a baseball game, traveling, exploring San Diego, or cheering on the Gators from across the country. Baseball has always been my favorite sport because it's deceptively simple; beneath the surface is a game built on preparation, strategy, and countless moving pieces. That's also what I love most about working in collegiate athletics—helping bring all those pieces together behind the scenes to create meaningful opportunities for student-athletes.
